WHOLESALE ORDERING INFORMATION

The wholesale prices are posted under the product photographs. Please note that there is a minimum order of $150.00 and a minimum shipping and insurance charge.

Additional volume discounts (listed below) are also available on most sterling silver jewelry that ASC directly imports, and are based on the gross dollar volume of each order as well as the frequency of repeat orders.  Regular, repeat customers will qualify for price reductions.

All other ASC product are shown with their BASE WHOLESALE PRICE, and any additional discounts, if available, are offered on the page where the products are displayed.

MIMIMUM WHOLESALE ORDER

The minimum initial wholesale order is $150.00 and may be satisfied by combining orders from any and all ASC product lines. (Shipping charges are determined by weight distance and the cost of the insurance, with a minimum charge of  $4.99 plus 1.99 required insurance.)  We normally ship via FedEx Ground or USPS.

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be made upon receipt of goods by money order, certified check, VISA or MASTERCHARGE to the Atlantis Silver Company.  We are happy to accept personal/business checks but they must clear our bank before we can ship out the order.

SHOPPING CART ORDERS

Feel free to use our shopping cart to place a wholesale order with ASC.  You will automatically be sent a copy of your order by e-mail listing the stock number, base price (not including any discounts that may apply) and quantities ordered.  The e-mail you recieve is not an invoice, but rather a working copy from which to build your final order. It will not include shipping charges, any out of stock items or possible additional discounts that may apply; all of which are currently hand calculated.

To use our Shopping Cart---completely fill in the Information Request Form.  Don't forget to give us your real and full name, address, day and evening telephone number(s) and e-mail address so that we can directly contact you about your order.

Please note that no WHOLESALE orders are fully processed before we have directly communicated with you about your selections and arranged for payment and shipping options.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS

You may use the secured, shopping cart credit card order form to provide us with your credit card information (this is a very safe way to do it) or you may call us directly or have us call you for the necessary information.  It is your choice. In either case, we do not fully process the order until we have contacted you about it and we do not bill for back-ordered merchandise ahead of time. You will be e-mailed a working copy of your shopping cart list with base wholesale prices but minus shipping charges and possible additional discounts.  Final calculation of charges and freight on your order will be done by hand.

RETURNS

All returns must be authorized by ASC (Atlantis Silver Company) within thirty days of the invoice date. For damaged or lost packages, both Atlantis Silver Company and shipper must be notified within seven days.
